Japan Tobacco International (JTI) is the world’s third-largest tobacco manufacturer, headquartered in Geneva, with brands such as Winston, Camel and Ploom.
The various communication measures are aimed at adult smokers, with direct contact and dialog with tobacco users playing an important role.
We have been supporting JTI for over ten years with a wide range of 1-to-1 activities at various points of sale and channels in German-speaking and French-speaking Switzerland.

Together with our partner agency stewards.ch, we take on the planning of measures and assignments, the recruitment and training of personnel, the implementation of the assignments and the ongoing monitoring and evaluation of the promotions.
A launch not to be overlooked
In 2023, JTI launched the Ploom brand, which impresses smokers with its smoke-free technology and elegant design. With a unique roadshow concept and various appearances at the best events in Switzerland such as OLMA, street food festivals and Ohlala, we made tobacco consumers aware of the new brand and aroused their curiosity.
