With tailored communication strategies and creative approaches, we ensure that language courses are presented in an accessible, understandable, and appealing manner for everyone. Social Media Advertising for Awareness Boost

ECAP Zürich should be the first choice when it comes to German courses. To sustainably anchor this in the minds of potential participants, we rely on targeted social media measures. Through humorous and emotional advertisements in carousel format, we draw attention to the advantages of expanded German language skills.

Each social media post highlights a specific course offering to target the appropriate audience. For literacy courses, we’re breaking new ground: For the first time, we’re implementing video advertising in Farsi – the native language of the largest group of participants at ECAP Zürich. This way, we directly address our target group and make our offerings even more accessible.

Breaking New Ground with Tram Posters and Communities

For ECAP Zürich, we rely on creative and target group-oriented communication to reach as many people as possible with their language course offerings. For the level courses, we implemented a striking campaign in public transport: For two weeks, 300 trams and buses in the city of Zürich featured hanging displays with integrated flyer dispensers – allowing interested parties to directly access the offer.

Furthermore, we developed a package of measures to specifically address migrant communities, which play an important role in integration and mutual support. With tailored communication and interactive elements, such as a game to check German language skills, we make access to language courses even more tangible and appealing.

A clearly structured overview of the course offerings is essential – both for interested parties and referring agencies. That’s why we designed the annual brochure for ECAP Zürich, which concisely summarizes the complete course offerings. It serves as a central source of information and facilitates orientation within the diverse range of offerings.

Additionally, we have developed individual flyers for almost every course offering. This allows interested parties to get targeted information about the courses that suit them – designed in a compact, understandable, and appealing way.
