Compresso AG (“Compresso”, “we”, “us”) processes the personal data of its applicants (“applicants”) only to the extent necessary to carry out the application process.

Your personal data is processed in particular for the purpose of carrying out the application process. In this context, all personal data that you submit with your application will be stored by Compresso. This includes in particular your personal data, your correspondence data, your letter of motivation, your CV, your diplomas and references as well as other information that you send to Compresso with your application (hereinafter jointly referred to as “application documents”).

If you provide references, Compresso is entitled to inquire about your previous employment with them. If you apply for a position/function in an area that requires increased trust in the job holder (e.g. management positions, functions in the security sector), Compresso is also entitled to obtain or request credit information (extract from the debt enforcement register) or information about any previous convictions against you (extract from the criminal record).

Particularly sensitive personal data of applicants (e.g. data relating to health status or religious affiliation) will only be processed if this is essential for the application process. Access to such data is strictly limited and is only granted to those persons within Compresso who need to process it in the course of their work. Finally, your data may be used in anonymized form for statistical purposes.

In accordance with the purpose of the application, only the responsible employees of the Compresso HR department as well as the supervisors responsible for the position to be filled and, if applicable, other persons involved in the application process will have access to your application documents.
