As a full-service event provider for ETH Zurich, we manage numerous internal and external events for the renowned university.
Every two years, ETH Zurich invites its employees to a festival on Hönggerberg. As co-lead, we are responsible for the concept, branding, communication, decoration, catering, coordination of all partners, as well as the stage and entertainment program.
Welcome to La Casa!
Around 4,000 people celebrated at the traditional ETH staff party in 2022. The entire ETH site on the Hönggerberg was transformed into a huge residential building in which each “room” offered a varied program of activities, great shows and delicious street food.
In 2024, the entire area was transformed into a colorful open-air festival with lots of music, delicious street food, street art performances and attractions for young and old under the motto “Let’s Party TogETHer!”.

ETH Day 2024
Once again, we had the opportunity to support ETH Zurich during the 169th anniversary of
ETH Day – an event where the university traditionally honors outstanding achievements and recognizes individuals who have accomplished extraordinary feats.
As part of the volunteer management, we were responsible for personnel requirements, recruitment, creation of briefings, deployment planning, and on-site coordination.
