Under the motto “On the road with ELMER Citro”, various content creators traveled through Switzerland – always with them: a mountain-fresh ELMER Citro. They delivered content in line with ELMER Citro’s brand values and the themes of hiking, biking, family experiences and urban lifestyle.
The content creators had a free hand in the implementation. Videos, stories or photos – the main thing was authentic, exciting and substantial. The ELMER Citro product was integrated unobtrusively and naturally into the content.
The campaign increased engagement and brand awareness, generated fan growth and tapped into new target groups.
Through Switzerland with ELMER Citro
The first edition of the successful Content Creator campaign took place from May to September 2022. In close cooperation with regional tourism organizations, an interesting and varied program with many activities, breathtaking views and great experiences was developed for the Content Creators.
The five content creators each visited a different Swiss region and took their followers and ELMER Citro with them on their journey of discovery.
ELMER Citro for young and old
In 2023, the focus was on family outings, big challenges and first steps in the world of TikTok. For example, the Glarus Challenge Cup was completed and Family Content Creators, who diligently shared their excursion highlights on TikTok, visited the ELMER Citro Spring Trail.
With the national listing of ELMER Citro in all Coop stores, we have successfully brought the soft drink closer to consumers in French-speaking Switzerland thanks to the use of content creators from French-speaking Switzerland.
The third implementation of the Content Creator campaign will start in summer 2024.
