Raised in Salzgitter, Germany, Sebastian Rabe began his career after his chef training at the 5-star Hotel Louis C. Jacob in Hamburg.
For 15 years now, the German top chef has been enriching the Swiss restaurant scene: currently at Hotel “Caspar” in Muri AG. There, Sebastian Rabe has been putting smiles on guests’ faces since October 2021.
