The Zurich-based communications agency Compresso has a clear goal: to be the

What Awaits You
You are where the action is, telling stories that last. Events are your playing field, content your tool – for our clients and for Compresso:
- Production of photo and video content at events (behind-the-scenes, highlight clips, mood shots)
- Preparation and adaptation of content for LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok
- Co-development of social media formats, Reels, Stories and short videos
- A feel for trends and the ability to quickly implement content for the target group
- Creative collaboration in internal communication measures of Compresso
- Close cooperation with project managers, consultants and the internal communications team
- Flexible assignments – depending on the event, also in the evenings or on weekends
This is What You’re Capable Of
- Experience in video and photography, ideally in an agency or live communication environment
- A convincing portfolio in the event or social media environment
- Confident handling of common tools for photo, video and social media production
- Very good understanding of social media, formats, trends and platforms
- A feel for language and storytelling – you get messages and emotions to the point
- You think in stories, clips and images and know what works on which channels
- Independent, reliable way of working and a high degree of initiative
- Flexibility with regard to working hours and location
